Phocas is growing fast, from $70M toward $250M ARR, and our post-sales engine needs to keep up. We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Analyst to help sharpen how we track, manage and improve retention, expansion and delivery across Customer Success, Account Management, Professional Services and Support.
Requirements
- Analytical and systems oriented, but commercially aware
- Enjoy digging into messy data and turning it into clarity
- Comfortable working in CRM and adjacent systems, and curious about how tools connect
- Can work cross functionally and influence without formal authority
- Has a growth mindset and bias for action
