Senior Growth Marketing

Photoroom is looking for a Senior Growth Marketing builder to help unlock new acquisition channels for its SMB business. The role requires a modern growth hacker who combines strong marketing instincts with the ability to quickly build and ship growth experiments using AI-powered tools.

Requirements

• 6+ years building or scaling growth in a high-growth tech or AI company focused on SMB
• Strong marketer with understanding of acquisition, distribution loops, messaging, and demand capture
• Strong vibe coder with ability to independently build and ship production-ready web experiences using modern AI coding tools
• Experiment-obsessed and data-driven with experience running hundreds of growth experiments
• Scrappy and comfortable with ambiguity, with ability to figure out what works from scratch and iterate to a winning channel
