The Role
We’re seeking a GTM Operations & Enablement Lead to drive operational rigor and sales effectiveness across our global commercial team. This hybrid role blends revenue operations with sales enablement, and is critical to helping us uncover friction, accelerate deal velocity, and scale pipeline generation.
You’ll partner closely with leaders across Sales, SDR, Marketing, and Technical Sales to identify where our sales motions stall, why pipeline isn’t converting, and how to enable the team with the right insights, tools, and training.
What You’ll Do
GTM Operations
- Diagnose friction in the GTM funnel by analyzing conversion rates, sales stage velocity, rep activity, and engagement trends.
- Proactively identify inefficiencies or bottlenecks in lead handoff, qualification, and deal progression — and recommend solutions.
- Own and optimize our GTM tech stack, including HubSpot (CRM), Apollo.io (outbound/sales engagement), and Gong (call analysis/coaching).
- Build and maintain dashboards to visualize pipeline health, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity.
- Create a scalable process and data foundation for consistent, repeatable growth.
Sales Enablement
- Develop and deliver onboarding programs that reduce ramp time and increase quota attainment.
- Create and manage sales playbooks, talk tracks, objection handling guides, and product briefs.
- Use insights from Gong to tailor coaching and reinforce winning behaviors.
- Partner with Product Marketing to ensure reps are trained and equipped for launches and new messaging.
- Establish KPIs to measure enablement effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
What You Bring
- 4–8 years experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Strategy, or Sales Enablement roles within B2B SaaS.
- Proven experience using HubSpot, Gong, and Apollo.io to drive GTM execution.
- Strong analytical skills — able to turn funnel data into actionable insight and process improvement.
- A structured builder: thrives in ambiguity, can implement frameworks and scalable systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across Sales, Marketing, and Exec teams.
- Deep empathy for front-line teams — understands how to make reps more successful every day.
