About You
- We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic professional to join our team
- You will have an eye for detail, an ability to adapt and be confident planning and managing your own workload
- You will have a passion for providing excellent client service and operational support to the Retail Distribution team
- You will understand the value of technology and bring insights into how it can improve efficiencies and collaboration across the business
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating responses to Request for Proposal (RFP) requests, which may include requests for information around ESG, investment performance, and operational processes – this will involve seeking input from other team members or stakeholders as required
- Setup and maintenance of our CRM reporting system (Salesforce)
- Collate and present data and sales data-driven insights using various sources including the Pinnacle database, CRM, and third-party systems such as Morningstar Direct
- Identifying improvements to our current reporting and operational processes and implementing them
- Providing back-up on other functions including fund administration, implementation of our approach to ESG, compliance, and monitoring of processes around new clients and investments
- Ad hoc projects and business support, as required
Requirements
- Completed or in the final stages of a university degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce or other relevant discipline or have equivalent industry experience
- Previous experience in the funds management industry will be highly regarded
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written, numerical and verbal communication skills, with the ability to relate to people at all levels
- Strong interest or experience in the understanding of business processes
- Ability to manage and prioritise work autonomously
- Ability to build and develop strong relationships
- Be an Australian PR or an Australian citizen
