Account Executive

We’re looking for Account Executives to help drive growth in our global markets based in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, support high-value customers, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to hit conversion targets.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience as an Account Executive
  • Experience in SaaS sales
  • Knowledge of diverse industries, including startups, real estate, fintech, and consulting
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and relationship-building
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless follow-ups and accurate documentation
  • Ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a customer-first approach
  • Proficiency in Google Suite
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive, focused on achieving targets and collaborating with the team to optimise sales efforts
  • Fluency in English with experience selling to English-speaking markets; Dutch or additional languages are a plus
  • Proficiency in Pipedrive CRM is a plus
  • Experience with AI tools is a plus
