We’re looking for Account Executives to help drive growth in our global markets based in Lisbon, Portugal. As an Account Executive, you’ll own the full sales cycle, support high-value customers, and collaborate with sales and customer success teams to hit conversion targets.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of full-cycle sales experience as an Account Executive
- Experience in SaaS sales
- Knowledge of diverse industries, including startups, real estate, fintech, and consulting
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening, effective questioning, and relationship-building
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, ensuring seamless follow-ups and accurate documentation
- Ability to navigate challenges while maintaining a customer-first approach
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Goal-oriented mindset with a competitive drive, focused on achieving targets and collaborating with the team to optimise sales efforts
- Fluency in English with experience selling to English-speaking markets; Dutch or additional languages are a plus
- Proficiency in Pipedrive CRM is a plus
- Experience with AI tools is a plus
