We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative, German speaker to qualify Inbound and Outbound leads in our Lisbon office. In this role, you will get a chance to work with our awesome Sales Team on learning more about our potential customers. This role may support different geographic markets, including EMEA or the US. Due to evolving business needs, market coverage may shift over time.
Requirements
- Perform discovery calls to collect, validate and document information for the Account Executive
- Gather contact information and other information from prospects and maintain accurate data in Pipedrive
- High volume of outbound calls
- Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries effectively
- Provide information to foster prospects and lead them to success
- Identify key prospects and profile strategic accounts, research and obtain business requirements and hand them over to the respective account executive
- Understanding the prospect’s needs and pain points by paying close attention during conversations
- Maintain detailed documentation about qualified leads in Pipedrive before forwarding them to a consultant, sales manager or partnerships
- Ability to gather relevant information about prospects and their companies to tailor the outreach
- Educate prospects on Pipedrive customization and best usage practices
