We are looking for a Sales Engineer to support our Sales and Customer Success teams, as well as our clients, related to our API and data feed solutions. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in sales/solutions engineering, customer success, or technical sales and be able to manage multiple stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales/solutions engineering, customer success, or technical sales
- Experience in at least two of the following areas: financial markets industry knowledge, strong technical skills, or sales/customer success expertise
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in cross-functional teams
- Experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and familiarity with the sales pipeline
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite and project management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
- Authorization to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future
