The Director of Sales Operations will be the strategic engine behind our North America and EMEA sales team, ensuring efficient scaling of sales teams with the right tools, processes, and insights. This role requires a blend of high-level strategic thinking and hands-on operational excellence.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales management
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, BI tools)
- Analytical skills to analyze complex data sets to drive strategic decisions
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Industry knowledge of programmatic advertising landscape and ad fraud/privacy is preferred
