We’re looking for a Founding Sales Development Representative to help shape our sales process and build relationships with our customers. As the first SDR at Plain, you’ll have a significant impact on how we work and communicate with our customers.
Requirements
- 2+ years of SDR or BDR experience selling B2B SaaS
- Obsessive about personalization and comfort with AI tools like Claude Code
- Curious about the product, market, and customers
- Energized by working in a space with ambiguity and willing to build something from scratch
