Planar is seeking a proactive Government Sales Operations Specialist to support their Federal, State, and Local government sales efforts. This role will focus on managing opportunities, quotes, deal registrations, reporting, compliance, and cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of government procurement processes.
Requirements
- Create and maintain all Federal, State, and Local government opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
- Administer the Government Deal Registration program.
- Create and generate government bid and contract support materials.
- Manage Letters of Supply (LOS) and Authorized Reseller letters.
- Maintain customer proprietary site for secure order transmission and reporting.
- Generate monthly sales and contract compliance reports.
- Participate in CPG calls for Federal projects.
- Review and process government orders.
- Work with legal on SAM renewals and related compliance.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for order lookups.
- Create new Federal accounts in Salesforce
