Planar is seeking a detail-oriented Government Sales Operations Specialist to support their Federal, State, and Local government sales efforts. This role involves managing opportunities, quotes, and reports, ensuring compliance, and fostering cross-functional collaboration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a deep understanding of government procurement processes.
Requirements
- Create and maintain Federal, State, and Local government opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
- Administer the Government Deal Registration program on Teams Government.
- Enter opportunity, quote, and sold opportunity information in Salesforce.
- Review daily orders to ensure correct end-user ownership.
- Update open opportunities quarterly.
- Generate monthly and quarterly sales reports.
- Provide weekly revenue and backlog data to the government team.
- Participate in CPG calls.
- Prepare government orders for accurate routing.
- Serve as the primary contact for order lookups.
- Work with legal on SAM renewals.
