Government Sales Operations Specialist

This government sales operations specialist will manage opportunities, quotes, and contracts for Federal, State, and Local government. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and ensuring operational excellence in the entire sales cycle. Strong organizational skills, understanding of government procurement processes, and proficiency with Salesforce are key requirements.

Requirements

  • Create and maintain Federal, State, and Local government opportunities and quotes in Salesforce.
  • Administer the Government Deal Registration program on Teams Government page.
  • Review daily orders to ensure correct end-user ownership assignments.
  • Update open opportunities quarterly and add notes.
  • Manage Letters of Supply (LOS) and authorized reseller letters.
  • Maintain customer proprietary site for order transmission and reporting.
  • Generate monthly and quarterly sales and contract compliance reports.
  • Reconcile commission statements against revenue reports.
  • Participate in CPG calls for Federal projects.
