Our products come from trusted European manufacturers, and we maintain an inventory of around 200 products for Just-in-Time (JIT) supply.
Designation: Team Leader-Sales Operations
Position Overview:
As a Sales Operations Team Leader, you will lead a team of executives who handle customer queries, manage vendor relationships, and ensure smooth coordination of import updates.
Your role will involve overseeing the day-to-day operations of the sales team, ensuring efficient execution of processes, and ensuring that customers’ and vendors’ needs are met with professionalism and timely responses.
You will also be responsible for managing key relationships with our suppliers and distributors to ensure the continued success of our operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of sales executives handling customer queries, ensuring they are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Oversee vendor management, including building and maintaining strong relationships with international suppliers and manufacturers.
- Manage the import updates, ensuring timely deliveries and clear communication with vendors and clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize sales operations, improving customer service and team efficiency.
- Ensure that the sales operations team maintains accurate and up-to-date records in our e-commerce platform.
- Collaborate closely with other departments to ensure smooth order processing, inventory management, and timely deliveries to customers.
- Train and mentor team members, fostering a collaborative and results-oriented work environment.
- Analyze sales operations data, providing insights and recommendations to improve performance and meet business goals.
Candidate Profile:
- Graduate or post-graduate degree in sales and marketing, international sales, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with manufacturers and vendors.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
- Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
