What You Will Do

  • Lead regional go-to-market strategies for the APAC / JP aligning local customer needs with Plaud AI’s global vision.
  • Identify and capture regional development opportunities and form dedicated project teams quickly, ensure effective cross-functional coordination to achieve tangible growth outcomes.
  • Execute regional product launches with a tailored approach for each market, from planning to go-live.
  • Own market research and competitive analysis to provide insights that shape product and marketing strategies.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with global sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.

Skills, Qualifications And Experience We Look For

  • 7-10 years of experience in a GTM or sales strategy role, ideally within the AI, SaaS, or tech industry.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for diverse regions (preferably APAC&JP).
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to different cultural and business contexts.
  • Fluency in English (mandatory), with additional language skills (Mandarin, Japanese, etc.) a plus.
  • Experience working in fast-growing, high-impact environments with the ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic settings.
