Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2C marketing and a proven track record of achieving performance targets
- Excellent communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
- Strong analytical mindset with experience extracting insights from data to drive strategy and create compelling narratives
- Adaptable and self-motivated problem-solver who thrives in dynamic and ambiguous environments
- Strong project management skills to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and KPIs
- BA/BBA/MBA in Business or Marketing or a related field
