Role Overview
As an Account Manager, you will work cross-functionally with various teams at Podium, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and building relationships with customers. You will be responsible for the initial implementation and onboarding of new customer accounts.
What You Will Do
Spearhead the growth and adoption of small business accounts, uncover new opportunities, build deep relationships with customers, provide forecasts, and conduct warm handoffs with AE’s.

Requirements
- 1-3 years of CX/CS experience
- Experience in closing revenue, expansion or new business
- Deep understanding of the marketing technology industry and key players
- Account management experience
