AI GTM Engineer

Podium is looking for an AI GTM Engineer to rebuild and modernise their lead funnel using AI-first architecture, and design and deploy internal AI agents that eliminate repetitive, manual work for sales teams.

Requirements

• Experience building with modern AI platforms such as OpenAI APIs, Anthropic – Claude Code, Cowork, Google DeepMind
• Experience with workflow automation platforms and CRM integrations
• Ability to translate ambiguous sales problems into structured technical solutions
• Comfort working in a fast-moving, low-process environment
• Strong proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript for building automations and integrations
• Experience with vector databases, RAG pipelines, or prompt engineering at a production level
• Background in a sales, RevOps, or pre-sales/sales engineering environment
• Prior work building internal tooling for GTM teams
