Point72’s Intelligence and Surveillance team seeks a Business Intelligence Analyst to design, build, and deploy intelligent workflows that transform multimodal data into verifiable, transparent, and compliant insights. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical thinking, practical AI application, and experience with AI/LLM platforms and tooling.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in data science, decision science, I/O psychology, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst, or technical product role.
- Proficiency in writing and optimizing complex queries using SQL.
- Experience using Python for data profiling and analysis (e.g., Pandas, NumPy).
- Hands-on experience with AI/LLM platforms and tooling, and familiarity applying foundation models, prompt engineering, and AI-powered platforms to real business problems.
- Strong analytical foundations and AI fluency, regardless of industry background.
- Ability to explain AI-driven concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Demonstrated bias toward action, with a proven ability to drive efficiency and operate effectively in evolving, complex environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, intellectual curiosity, and disciplined analytical skills, with a proven ability to identify, diagnose, and resolve data quality and integrity issues.
