AI-native SDR

Polar is the complete data platform for omnichannel commerce, connecting data sources and using AI for automation. We’re looking for an AI-native SDR to build and iterate on AI workflows, convert warm leads, and drive revenue.

Requirements

• 1-4 years as an SDR or BDR in B2B SaaS, ideally selling to ecommerce, DTC, or marketing teams
• Proven LinkedIn operator with DM-to-meeting conversion at scale
• AI-native operator with experience using Clay, ChatGPT, Claude, or similar tools to build real workflows
• Strong copywriting instincts and ability to write personalized outreach messages
• Comfortable with data and ability to read Snowflake dashboards and understand conversion funnels
