PolyPeptide is seeking a Business Development Manager or Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth across the US market by building strategic partnerships and driving new business in peptide development and manufacturing.
Requirements
- Drive new business development across US-based biotech and pharma clients
- Identify, pursue, and close opportunities for custom development and commercial manufacturing projects
- Build and execute territory and account plans to grow revenue and pipeline
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a strategic partner and advisor
- Lead client interactions including presentations, site visits, and negotiations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Technical, Project Management, Operations, and Finance teams
- Manage opportunities through the full sales lifecycle, including CRM tracking and forecasting
- Represent PolyPeptide at industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events
