Pop! Promos is seeking a Demand Generation Manager to lead their end-to-end demand engine, developing integrated campaigns that drive awareness, engagement, lead generation, and pipeline growth across paid media, content, ABM, webinars, and events.
Requirements
- Develop and own the overall demand generation strategy across campaigns, paid media, content, ABM, webinars, and events.
- Build integrated, multi-channel programs that drive awareness, engagement, qualified lead generation, and pipeline growth.
- Oversee campaigns from concept through execution, ensuring messaging, creative, and channel strategy align with business objectives.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations to the Director of Marketing.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with Sales and Product Development to ensure campaigns resonate and support overall strategy.
- Set and track KPIs including lead volume, funnel conversion rates, customer acquisition costs (CAC), and campaign ROI
- Manage and coach a creative marketing team – setting expectations, developing talent, and fostering ownership and accountability
- Partner with Business Operations on automation, lead scoring, attribution, data quality, and marketing technology enhancements.
