MISSION

As a Senior Sales Operations Associate at Potloc, your mission is to optimize sales processes, enhance sales team efficiency, and drive revenue growth through data-driven insights and strategic initiatives.
You will play a crucial role in aligning sales strategies with Potloc’s objectives, leveraging technology and analytics to streamline operations and maximize sales performance.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Sales Process Optimization: Analyze Potloc’s existing sales processes and identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies to streamline workflows, reduce friction points, and increase efficiency across the sales cycle.
  • Sales Enablement: Collaborate with Potloc’s sales leadership and enablement team member to develop training materials, tools, and resources that empower sales representatives to effectively engage with prospects and close deals.
  • Forecasting and Pipeline Management: Work closely with Potloc’s sales leadership to forecast revenue projections, analyze pipeline health, and identify potential risks and opportunities. Implement best practices for pipeline management to ensure accurate forecasting and optimize sales performance.
  • Technology Integration and Optimization: Evaluate, implement, and optimize sales technology solutions specific to Potloc’s needs. Serve as a subject matter expert on our CRM platform, sales automation tools, and other sales technologies.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Potloc’s marketing, product, customer success, and other cross-functional teams to drive alignment and collaboration. Act as a liaison between sales and other departments to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and achieve shared goals within Potloc’s unique business environment.

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or a similar role, preferably within the technology or SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in CRM platforms (We use Hubspot) and other sales technology tools (Linkedin Sales Navigator, Aircall and data enrichment tools).
  • Proven track record of success in optimizing sales processes, driving revenue growth, and implementing sales technology solutions.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders to achieve shared goals.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
