FP&A Manager (AI-Native Finance)

FP&A Manager role in a European AI & cloud deep-tech company, responsible for building an AI-native FP&A function and providing strategic finance support to senior leadership.

Requirements

• 6-10+ years in FP&A, strategic finance or corporate finance
• Proven experience building FP&A processes from the ground up
• Strong exposure to multi-entity, international environments
• Background in SaaS, cloud, infrastructure or deep-tech companies
• NetSuite experience is a must-have
• Mandatory hands-on experience implementing AI tools in FP&A workflows
• Strong financial modeling skills and business partnering mindset
• Experience with FP&A platforms and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth environments
