Work closely with the sales team to understand merchant and payin partners’ needs and propose suitable solutions using the company’s product. Gather requirements, validate use cases, and confirm project scope before handing it over to the inbound onboarding team. Perform market research to become knowledgeable about the industry and competitors.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in solution consulting, and technical project management with external stakeholders.
- Deep understanding of payment and merchant solutions in the fintech domain.
- Good communication skills and ability to pitch Thunes, explain the product clearly, and translate a need/requirement to the product team.
