Requirements
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their needs and challenges
- Proactively visit customer sites to assess their satisfaction and identify opportunities for improvement
- Collaborate with Sales Executives to develop and execute current account plans
- Support the sales process by providing technical expertise and product knowledge to customers and Sales Executives
- Lead the implementation process for new equipment orders
- Meet or exceed annual sales quota for tooling and shop needs sales to current accounts
