Role Overview
The Account Manager provides customer-driven technical expertise and product selection guidance for customers within the Mechanical Equipment Business Unit. This is an outside sales position focused on compressed air systems, driving revenue growth through account development, strategic sales initiatives, and technical consultation.
What You Will Do
Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, manage and grow existing accounts, negotiate with customers and suppliers, and drive sales efforts across multiple sites.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales experience with industrial customers, strong consultative selling skills, and the ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sales experience with industrial customers
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of experience in sales and marketing in refining facilities and plants
- 3+ years of experience in strategic account management and development
- Proven ability to secure new accounts and expand into new markets
