Inside Sales Representative

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to work remotely, helping families gain peace of mind by building strong relationships with customers and team members. The role involves making around 200 dials per day, setting client appointments, and supporting the Field Sales team. The ideal candidate will have sales experience, common sense, compassion, and empathy, and be comfortable with PC operations and software.

Requirements

• Sales experience (phone, in-person, insurance, retail)
• Demonstrate common sense, compassion, and empathy, on the phone and with colleagues
• Comfortability with PC operations, software and video conferencing
• Ability to type notes effectively, experience with CRM systems a bonus!
• Ability to work any designated day shift (Monday-Thursday 9 hour shifts, Friday 4 hour shift and done by 12PM PST)
