Sales Operations Analyst

Responsibilities

Partner with multiple departments to develop, integrate, and align strategy

Develop, track, and present performance metrics to drive return on investment

Implement go-to-market technology stacks such as CRM and forecasting

Prepare presentations for various internal teams

Analyze budgets to measure performance

Develop company sales processes and procedures

Qualifications

• Excellent analytical skills
• Prior experience in a related field
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
• Prior experience implementing scalable systems and processes
• Detail-oriented
• Solid understanding of sales cycle and business drivers
• Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data

Job Highlights

• Demonstrated proficiency with Excel and/or Google Sheets, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP functions
• Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and familiarity with enterprise SaaS tools like Gong, ServiceNow
• Must be familiar with Salesforce analytics and reporting
• Experience with conversational ai tooling would be a plus
• CPQ experience is a plus

Compensation

• $28.29 – $34.48 /hour Pay Rate
