Position Overview

Premium Merchant Funding is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sales Operations Coordinator to support daily operations, sales tracking, and internal coordination. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced financial services environment and enjoys working closely with sales teams, data, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and distribute daily and weekly sales reports
  • Monitor and follow up on submissions within the sales pipeline
  • Generate daily and weekly performance reports for sales representatives
  • Post and repurpose company content on LinkedIn
  • Extract and organize data from CRM systems for outreach campaigns
  • Track and analyze campaign response metrics
  • Manage day-to-day reminders and task coordination
  • Prepare and set up materials for daily morning meetings
  • Assist in organizing and supporting monthly internal team meetings and presentations
  • Optimize calendars and scheduling for efficiency and productivity
  • Review pipeline activity to identify cross-sell and alternative product opportunities

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn and basic content management
  • Strong communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in sales support roles
  • Basic understanding of sales pipelines and performance tracking
