This role focuses on improving sales pipeline, improving internal sales teams, and providing strategic insights to drive data-driven decisions. The manager will oversee Sales Operations systems, lead team development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
- Supervise and develop the Inside Sales Lead Generation team.
- Lead and manage the Renewal and Warranty Conversion inside sales team.
- Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
- Serve as the primary functional administrator for the CRM system.
- Oversee the accuracy and quality of customer master data.
- Streamline sales operations processes.
- Develop and deliver executive-level reports.
