Prescott’s, Inc. is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to optimize the Performance of their Commercial Sales organization. This role focuses on improving sales pipeline, improving internal sales teams, and providing strategic insights to drive data-driven decisions. The manager will oversee Sales Operations systems, lead team development, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

  • Supervise and develop the Inside Sales Lead Generation team.
  • Lead and manage the Renewal and Warranty Conversion inside sales team.
  • Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators.
  • Serve as the primary functional administrator for the CRM system.
  • Oversee the accuracy and quality of customer master data.
  • Streamline sales operations processes.
  • Develop and deliver executive-level reports.
