Role Overview

As Sales Ops Junior, reporting to the Strategy & Operations team, you hold a pivotal position at Pretto. Your dual mission: ensure smooth daily operations of our 100+ person sales machine while building the foundations for future growth through automation and data analysis. We seek an agile profile capable of getting hands-on to solve urgent field issues while having the perspective to design scalable architectures.

Your Missions

Operational Track: Performance Engine

Administration & Support: Daily management of technical stack (Salesforce, Ringover) and commercial processes. You are the go-to contact for Sales to resolve friction points.

Onboarding & Training: Ensure technical integration and skill development for new hires. Update training materials and playbooks to maximize user autonomy.

Financial Oversight: Administrative management of Sales team commissions (via Salesforce, Qobra) in direct coordination with Finance for revenue tracking.

Strategic Track: Growth Architect

Data Integrity & Analysis: You guarantee data quality in our tools. Your work is essential to secure strategic analysis for leadership.

Process Optimization: Maintain constant contact with the field to identify gaps and drive continuous improvement projects to structure operations.

Automation & No-Code: Lead projects to automate internal processes and low-value tasks (no-code tools, custom developments).

Your Profile

Experience: 1-2 years in Operations, Control, Project Management, or Data Analysis (including internships and final-year apprenticeships).

Hard Skills

  • Advanced Excel mastery (complex functions, data structuring)
  • High comfort with digital tools (CRM, Google Suite)
  • Plus: SQL knowledge for autonomous data queries

Soft Skills

  • Hybrid Profile: Both “hands-on” (resourcefulness, reactivity) and “analytical” (long-term vision, structuring)
  • Absolute Rigor: Attention to detail, particularly on compensation and data quality
  • Excellent Communication: Adapt your approach to diverse stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, Tech, Finance, Managers)
