The Lead, Sales Operations role is responsible for supporting and helping achieve the objectives of the Priceline Accommodation Team by driving day-to-day operational excellence, guiding initiatives, and partnering closely with Pricing, Supply, and Analytics stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of professional experience in support operations, customer service, or a related analytical role
- Demonstrated ability to lead projects or initiatives end-to-end, with accountability for outcomes
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Clear, confident communication skills and comfort influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with internal teams
- A proactive leadership mindset with the ability to anticipate issues and drive scalable solutions
- Experience using AI and automation tools to increase team efficiency and quality of output
- Proven experience working with large datasets using SQL, BigQuery, Excel/Sheets (including advanced formulas and pivot tables)
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field
