We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Marketing & Sales Operations Coordinator to support day-to-day business operations across sales support, client outreach, marketing execution, and internal process coordination.
Requirements
- Light Outbound / Prospecting
- Assist with cold calling (initial outreach, qualifying, booking meetings)
- Follow structured scripts and track outcomes
- Keep CRM/contact lists updated with accurate notes
- Schedule and manage posts across platforms
- Assist with basic marketing automation workflows (email campaigns, follow-ups, list segmentation)
- Ensure consistency and follow-through on campaigns
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Able to follow and improve structured processes
- Comfortable helping enforce operational discipline across the team
