Klaviyo is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to provide high-touch strategic consulting to upper Mid-market customers. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to drive progress towards their goals, provide strategic recommendations, and become a trusted partner. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management experience and strong technical skills.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management experience
- Excellent program management skills
- Ability to own customer projects from scoping & planning through to implementation and measuring success
- Ability to assist in prioritizing initiatives based on competing priorities and resources
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Excellent communication skills via phone, video conference, and email
- Curious and eager to learn
- Adaptable to change and working in a fast-paced environment
- Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRMs and experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms
- Experience with AI in work or personal projects
