Klaviyo is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to provide proactive, high-touch strategic consulting to upper Mid-market customers. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and a background in email marketing or marketing strategy with upper Mid-market accounts.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management experience
  • Excellent program management skills
  • Trusted advisor to customers
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Curious and eager to learn
  • Adaptable to change and working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRMs and experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms
  • Experimented with AI in work or personal projects
