Klaviyo is seeking a Principal Customer Success Manager to provide proactive, high-touch strategic consulting to upper Mid-market customers. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of experience in mid-market or enterprise account management, excellent program management skills, and a track record for building and nurturing relationships with multiple stakeholders on an account at a time.
Requirements
- 5+ years of mid-market or enterprise account management experience
- Excellent program management skills
- Trusted advisor to customers with ability to assist in prioritizing initiatives
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Experience managing customer relationships through Salesforce, Gainsight or similar CRMs
- Experience using email marketing platforms and E-Commerce platforms
- AI fluency with responsible use of AI
