As the Growth Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and executing the marketing strategy for the Probe Group portfolio, including Probe Group, Probe CX, Convai and Innovior. You will ensure that each brand within the portfolio is accurately represented across all digital and sales channels. This is a strategic position focused on driving revenue growth by developing marketing initiatives that specifically target enterprise B2B clients.
Requirements
- Extensive B2B Experience: 8–10 years of marketing experience, with a proven track record in the B2B technology or services sectors.
- Demand Generation Expertise: Demonstrated success in designing and executing end-to-end demand generation strategies that lead to measurable revenue growth and pipeline health.
- Technical Proficiency (MarTech): Advanced ‘hands-on’ experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms. Deep knowledge of HubSpot is a plus as well as Salesforce.
- Brand Experience: A strong understanding of the power of a brand and the role it plays in shaping marketing communications.
- Portfolio Management: The ability to manage and prioritise marketing initiatives across multiple distinct brands simultaneously (Probe CX, Convai, Innovior).
- ABM Strategy: Proven experience in developing and executing Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs that target high-value, strategic enterprise accounts.
- Stakeholder & Team Leadership: Experience mentoring small teams of specialists and managing external agency partners to deliver high-impact results.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: A strong analytical mindset with the ability to use tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot or Power BI to optimize campaign performance and report on ROI.
