Job Overview
Due to an internal secondment, we are now seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support the European Commercial Team by assisting with the smooth running of sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing sales activities
- Helping track leads, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities.
- Working closely with the sales team to generate quotes for new and repeat business, process customer orders, and manage shared email inboxes.
- Providing customer service support by addressing inquiries and delivering timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.
To be considered for this role you will need:
- Experience within a sales support or sales operations role
- Strong background in using CRM systems
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, also as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
