Job Overview

Due to an internal secondment, we are now seeking a Sales Operations Executive to support the European Commercial Team by assisting with the smooth running of sales processes. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing sales activities
  • Helping track leads, and ensuring timely follow-up on sales opportunities.
  • Working closely with the sales team to generate quotes for new and repeat business, process customer orders, and manage shared email inboxes.
  • Providing customer service support by addressing inquiries and delivering timely and accurate information to enhance customer satisfaction.

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Experience within a sales support or sales operations role
  • Strong background in using CRM systems
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Attention to detail
  • Strong organisational skills
  • A proactive approach and the ability to work independently, also as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £27,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
