We are looking for a Founding GTM Recruiter to work directly with our founders and help us scale our revenue-facing searches end-to-end. You will shape how we source, attract, and close AEs, CSMs, and operators who will help us scale our business.
Requirements
- NYC-Based
- 2 to 5 years of GTM recruiting experience
- Proven track record of closing revenue-facing roles
- Deep experience with high-volume outbound sourcing
- Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active searches simultaneously
