Probook is the AI dispatcher for the home services industry, transforming how plumbing, HVAC, and electrical businesses operate. As our GTM Recruiter, you will work directly with the founders, own our revenue-facing searches end to end, and help us identify the.01% of candidates who can thrive in a zero-to-one environment.

Requirements

• NYC-Based: Excited to work in-office 5 days/week in our high-collaboration culture.
• 2 to 5 years of GTM recruiting experience at a Series A to C startup or a high-bar recruitment agency with a GTM desk.
• Proven track record of closing revenue-facing roles, including AE, CSM, and operations in a high-volume, high-bar environment.
