Producer, Marketing Operations

VML MAP is seeking a talented Producer to drive the execution of impactful marketing projects for one of our major international clients. As a central figure in the project lifecycle, you’ll leverage your project management expertise and collaborative spirit to ensure timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality work that fosters exceptional consumer experiences.

Requirements

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with client goals.
• Partner with Operations Manager(s) to manage daily workload, optimize resource allocation and ensure appropriate staffing levels.
• Create and maintain detailed project timelines and budgets, proactively identifying and implementing risk mitigation strategies.
• Uphold brand standards and quality expectations across all project deliverables, ensuring consistency and excellence.
• Proactively identify and address team challenges, escalating issues as needed, and provide regular, clear reports to management and stakeholders on project status and performance.
