Join Air Apps on a mission to create the world’s first AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner (PRP). As a Monetization Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in scaling Air Apps’ growth by owning both subscription and ad monetization strategies across our mobile app portfolio.

Requirements

  • Approximately 4+ years of experience in mobile app monetization, with a focus on subscriptions and/or ad revenue.
  • Solid understanding of in-app purchase systems, paywall design, pricing models, and subscription lifecycle management.
  • Experience with ad monetization platforms (e.g., AdMob, IronSource, AppLovin) and A/B testing tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in cohort analysis, revenue modeling, and performance reporting.
  • Familiarity with App Store Connect, subscription setup, and Apple’s monetization policies.
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally with product, design, and engineering.
  • Passion for delivering exceptional user experiences while optimizing for revenue.
