We’re looking for a dynamic and data-driven leader to join our Product Go-To-Market (GTM) team, to act as a strategic thought partner who influences how we launch with impact and how our GTM across channels continues to evolve.

This person will develop and lead Experimentation across Product GTM, with a strong focus on Communications and supporting self-serve experimentation over time.

  • Conduct rigorous forensic assessments of launches and other product GTM and marketing campaigns looking to understand what’s working and what’s not in terms of customer behavior and contribute to a learning roadmap based on those insights.
  • Lead GTM A/B testing strategy across our paid and owned channels incl. email, in-product, help center, support, and lifecycle marketing programs by developing a scalable experiment roadmap to inform best practices as well as prioritize messaging, targeting, and creative optimization.
  • Support self-serve experimentation across Product GTM by influencing what to test, reviewing top-tier experiment design, analyzing the output, and synthesizing/improving institutional strategic learnings.
  • Serve as a thought partner and performance marketing expert in both campaign planning and experimentation to unlock new growth and performance strategies for our GTM teams across self-serve and sales-assisted plans.
  • Balance long-term experimentation investments with short-term business needs.

Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of relevant experience in a marketing growth, product growth, or experimentation role.
  • Strong success record launching, running, and improving experiment programs over time and deploying learnings to achieve business objectives including revenue growth, channel performance, and user conversion and engagement.

  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to synthesize data and make recommendations and strategic calls based on imperfect data from multiple sources.
  • Excellent communicator; a writer and storyteller, with top-tier writing and presentation skills that can flex across levels of the organization including communicating out to senior leadership.
