Programmatic Sales Lead, EMEA

We are seeking a motivated Programmatic Sales Manager to manage relationships with agency trading desks, holding company investment teams and client in-house teams across EMEA. The role will focus on the continued growth of the EMEA Programmatic Market, driving revenue across Bloomberg Media’s premium programmatic offering.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of the programmatic advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs and agency trading desks
  • Experience working with programmatic teams at major agency holding companies (e.g. WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, IPG)
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth in digital or programmatic advertising environments
  • Experience selling video, audience and data-led programmatic solutions
  • Strong analytical, communication and relationship-building skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with the ability to work cross-functionally with direct sales, ad operations, yield and data teams to drive programmatic growth
  • Ability to manage multiple client relationships while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline
