Product Manager – Data Enablement and Communications

Role Overview

We are hiring a Product Manager – Data Enablement and Communications to help grow our company and ensure our mission is achieved. This role is a work from home position and can be performed remotely anywhere in the continental US or in our corporate office in Draper, Utah. As a Product Manager, you will own the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications platforms, and eMarketing tooling across marketing needs, lifecycle functions, and emerging conversion use cases.

What You Will Do

Your day-to-day will include owning the roadmap for data enablement, customer communications platforms, and eMarketing tooling, translating complex data needs into clear product requirements, partnering with data engineering and analytics teams, and defining use cases and features for communications platforms.

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of experience in software Product Management
• Demonstrated experience owning data products or data enablement initiatives
• Experience with marketing technology platforms including customer communications, CMS, campaign management, or notification systems
• Ability to move fluently between high-level strategy and detailed execution
• Exceptional communication skills
• High integrity and the ambition to relentlessly pursue the best possible product
• Demonstrated ability to self-motivate, self-direct, and stay flexible in a fast-paced environment
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
