The Project Specialist will lead the operations, communications, and reporting for the Privacy Operations team, managing programs such as data privacy assessments and customer privacy inquiries, and tracking key program metrics and monthly scorecard results.
Requirements
- Manage the administration and governance of the Privacy Review process
- Support timely responses to inbound privacy requests
- Track privacy program metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis
- Plan and facilitate leadership meetings on privacy program status and updates
- Represent the Privacy Operations team in stakeholder meetings and program update presentations
- Document, formalize, and update as necessary standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with stakeholders across the company to build privacy awareness and collaborate on shared privacy and compliance objectives
- Conduct research and perform benchmarking with utilities and other businesses and organizations
- Support a customer-centric culture
- Perform other related tasks and assignments as required
