Revenue Cycle Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst

We are seeking a Revenue Cycle Financial & Business Intelligence Analyst to combine revenue cycle financial analysis, operational performance optimization, business intelligence development, and advanced workflow automation. The role is responsible for analyzing revenue cycle performance, identifying financial and operational improvement opportunities, and developing reporting solutions using SQL and Qlik.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Finance, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or related field
• Proven experience in revenue cycle management, healthcare finance, or related field
• Intermediate SQL proficiency
• Experience building applications within a BI platform, Qlik experience preferred
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Power Automate
• Advanced working knowledge of SharePoint and Microsoft Lists
