Sales Manager

Role Overview

You will exercise your job at one of our offices located in Trois-Rivières, Saint-Basile de Portneuf, Victoriaville, or Quebec for Promutuel Assurance Les Bâtisseurs. However, if your profile corresponds to what we are looking for, other regions, such as Montreal, could also be considered. Participate in the development of our sales representatives who work in the regions of Portneuf, the Bois-Francs, Quebec, and Montreal. Ensure the smooth running and development of our network of sales representatives.

What You Will Do

Participate in various representation events to promote the image of Promutuel Assurance Les Bâtisseurs. Determine and implement strategies to strengthen and optimize our sales network. Follow up on results with our sales representatives. Participate in the subscription of new business. Maximize the customer experience of our sales representatives and ensure their performance.
