As a Senior Account Manager, you will support the Account Director with client relationships and day-to-day management of workflows, overseeing all aspects of work, ensuring quality output and growth for the agency and client relationship.
Requirements
- Operate as a main point of contact for matters specific to the client
- Build and maintain trusted relationship with customers and key stakeholders
- Continuously optimize workflows and processes and uphold energetic environment
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of projects and greater solutions according to customer needs and objectives
- Oversee all marketing, production, and design including Retail, POS, Digital, Video, Social, Outdoor, and internal needs when needed
- Coordinate and contribute to strategic portion of projects including brainstorming sessions and preparation of presentation decks
- Communicate clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to management
- Identify and grow opportunities within territory and collaborate with management to ensure growth attainment
- Contribute to proposal development to expand our client engagement by supporting additional lines of business
- Contribute to quarterly or yearly business review materials and meetings
- Build client relationships and support internal team both on and off-site
- Demonstrate a strategic vs executional approach to project management ensuring client’s business objectives are met
- Lead project kick-offs, brainstorming sessions, and client meetings with confidence and authority, ensuring smooth project workflow in conjunction with internal team members and client
- Write briefs in conjunction with the client and/or creative team, align on design objectives and design intent. Ensure the designs presented align with the approved briefs
- Provide strategic direction/rationale and quality check on all design work to ensure high standards are met, error-free
- Liaise with client and team to resolve client issues and project related concerns
- Develop proposals to support large/complex projects or account growth
- Provide estimates based on client brief, adjust estimate based on project scope change and ensure invoicing is done in a timely manner
- Oversee project budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting, tracking, and reporting of expenses.
- Manage scope changes, ensuring proper approvals and communication with clients.
- Support the Account Director in preparing forecasts, account profitability reports and financial summaries.
- Demonstrate understanding of client’s brands and how each projects’ objectives fit into the overall brand strategy
- Demonstrate understanding of agency design and brand building tools
- Act as first point of escalation for any new opportunities or issue trouble-shooting
- Provide internal leadership to account management team around pricing, project structure, agency processes, internal/client communications and account updates
- Acts as SME on client updates, opportunities, processes and brings these back to internal teams
- Has positive attitude and works well as part of a team (in harmony with clients and all on-site and off-site studio members)
